- Description
- The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii is soliciting, on an unrestricted basis, in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13.5 procedures, companies offering commercially available MISCELLANEOUS SECURITY EQUPMENT, FOB Destination Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, to participate in the on-line DoD Electronic Mall (DoD EMALL). The DoD EMALL is an internet-based ordering service (http://www.emall.dla.mil) that allows worldwide customers to shop 24 hours a day for various products from a variety of sources based on such criteria as price, delivery and product description. At this time, only customers from the State of Hawaii will be authorized to order against the contract. The Government intends to authorize its customers to use their Government-wide purchase cards to order and pay for the indefinite quantity items not to exceed their purchase card limit. FISC PH intends to award a requirements contract with a base period on two (2) twelve-month option years. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334511 and the annual size standard is 750 employees. The written solicitation, N00604-04-R-A014, can be downloaded from the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 08 April 2004. An award based upon receipt of a responsive, low cost, technically acceptable offer, is anticipated on or about 10 May 2004.
