Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to procure services from KBA-Giori, North America to evaluate the performance of the Dalmar Thermoregulation unit on I-10 presses. This procurement action is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
