- Description
- On October 16, 2003, GSA Fleet will be hosting a Pre-Solicitation Conference for Solicitation Number FFFR-TT-03001-N for Vehicular Auction and Support Services. The location for the Pre-Solicitation Conference is the Crystal City Marriott located at 1999 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Arlington, VA 22202. The time for the conference shall be between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM and will discuss such items as the new and modified Statement of Work, the Performance Based Payment, and how to properly prepare a Technical Proposal for review. Attendance at the conference is not mandatory but is encouraged. Space is limited so RSVP early to guarantee a seat. Please limit attendance to no more than 2 representatives per contractor when possible. Information regarding the firm’s name, address, number and names of attendees, phone number and e-mail address(s) is requested when providing your RSVP. It is requested that you submit an electronic (e-mail) RSVP under the subject heading “RSVP for Vehicular Auction Presolicitation Conference”, to Mr. Randall Glenn at randall.glenn@gsa.gov. A copy of the DRAFT solicitation is also available by contacting Mr. Glenn via e-mail. Input and information from the Pre-Solicitation Conference may result in changes to the solicitation prior to its issuance in FedBizzOps. The solicitation is currently scheduled to be issued on or about October 27, 2003 in FedBizzOps at www.eps.gov . The solicitation will be for a Multiple Award Task & Delivery Order type service contract. Offerors are notified that the Service Contract Act applies to any contract awarded. The solicitation shall be opened continuously throughout the contract period. After issuance of the solicitation, questions regarding the solicitation can be directed to Jeffrey Meyers, the Contracting Officer, at 703-305-6833. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-SEP-2003).
