- This modification to a previous announcement is the change the delivery time to reflect 90 days after day of award with 30 day increments thereafter and also the delivery time of the first article test requirement to reflect 40 days after date of award. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. PR YPT04063000003, NSN: 8455-01-388-9534, Insignia, Embroidered, Grade, Enlisted Personnel, Air Force, Subdued, Large Size, Chevrons, Man?s 4 inch, Senior Airman E-4, Overedge Stitching Required, Stitch Count 3229 ea., Quantity 197,578 pairs, Destinations: Phoenix, AZ and New Cumberland, PA. Twelve (12) deliveries beginning 90 days after date of award. In accordance with MIL-DTL-14651A dtd 10/22/2001. In accordance with drawing B-3-48A & B-3-42B Dtd 98 April 23 and Cartoon B-3-48A-2 Dtd 97 July 31. Five (5) pair First Article Test Samples are required 40 days after date of award. One (1) 100% Option Required. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. BERRY AMENDMENT APPLIES. Solicitation will include end item specification. Solicitation will be available on the Procurement gateway on or around April 20, 2004. Contractor supplies all materials. Contractor must be CCR Registered and have a government cage code. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as The Berry Amendment impose restrictions on the DoDs acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and specialty metals (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014) must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
