Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Research Laboratory, located in Miles City, Montana, requires one new Multi-Detection Microplate Reader. Delivery shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-024-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAXED quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea @ (970) 492-7031 on or before April 23, 2004. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 339111 with a small business size of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-024-82HW-04 which will be available on or about April 7, 2004. The anticipated award date is April 30, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
