Description

Stockton Flats road reconstruction consists of pulverizing existing pavement, grading of sub-base and base course, placement of base course, construction of asphaltic pavement, construction of drainage structures, and restoration of disturbed areas. The project is approximately 4 miles long with 1 mile of existing pavement. The balance is an existing dirt road that requires widening with some major cut/fill areas. The location is in the Lytle Creek watershed in the Front Country Ranger District of the San Bernardino National Forest Lytle Creek, California. From San Bernardino, proceed north on Interstate 215, exiting on Interstate 15 and proceeding south to Sierra Avenue. Proceed north on Sierra Avenue which turns into Lytle Creek Road approximately 13 miles to the end of the City of Lytle Creek. Note: this is a point just past the Lytle Creek picnic area and campgrounds. Ref: (Thomas Guide, 2002 edition. Page 514) NAICS code 237310 Size Standard: $28.5 million Offer is due by noon May 24th. Recommended contract time is 60 calendar days. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
