The Universities' staff are certified and trained to provide these services. Both Universities can provide these services beginning immediately and meet the accuracy standards of the NLM. The proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisitions. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ), nor is an RFQ available, however, all responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which will be considered by the NLM.
