Description: Provide Mammography Services for both campuses of the Eastern Kansas Healthcare System - Topeka and Leavenworth, KS. Services will be performed at the contractors facilities by CPT code as defined in the solicitation. The contract that will be awarded will be for a base year with options for four additional years. Requests for the solicitation may be via fax or electronic message. Solicitation issue date will be April 9, 2004.
