Description

McConnell AFB KS has a requirement to repair a Byron Jackson JP8 4x6-8 SCE, SN: 97ER1747. Repair of Byron Jackson JP8 4x6-8 SCE includes the following rotating assembly parts: (1) Mechanical Seal Re-Build 1 EA (2) Pump Shaft 1 EA (3) Inpeller 1 EA (4) Wear Rings, Impeller and Case 4 EA (5) Bushing, Throat 1 EA (6) Deflector, Inbound and Outbound 2 EA (7) Bearings, Thrust and Redial 3 EA (8) Misc Gaskets, Washers and Nuts 1 EA. Reapir to include Teardown and inspection, pump clean-up, and pump assembly. Removal of pump, installation and allign rebuilt pump. The solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside with a size standard of $6.0 Mil. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized and award criteria will be based on price. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Primary North American CLassification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The solicitation package will be available on or around 6 April 2004, via the Government Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at https://www.eps.gov/. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Anticipated award date is on or about 9 May 2004. The Solicitation number is FA4621-04-R-0004, not FA4621-04-Q-0026.
