Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-3013 requires the purchase of 2 each Model 1314 Innova Photoacoustic Multiglas Monitors with the following items pertine nt to the operation of the system: Standard Accessories Kit, Optical Filters for water vapor, windows compatible software, optical filters for Ammonia (0.2-2000 ppm), Carbon Disulfide (0.6 to 600 ppm), Ethylene Oxide (0.1 to 1,000 ppm), Formaldehyde (0.04 to 2,000 ppm Carbon Dioxide (3.4 ppm to 3.4%), Hydrogen Cyanide (0.8 to 8,000 ppm), Phosgene (0.5 to 5,000 ppm), Cyanogen Chloride (0.5 - 5,000 ppm), qty of 2 of each optical filters as listed. Span Gas Calibrations Charge for each of the 16 filters, Spe cial Gas Charges. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to APG, MD. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items. A completed copy of the provision at 5 2.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
