Description

Housing maintenance for approximately 1260 housing units on Fort Jackson, SC, to include service order work, scheduled maintenance, change of occupancy work, and miscellaneous services for the base period 1 August 2004 thru 31 July 2005 plus four opt ion years. This solicitation replaces W9124C-04-R-0003 which was cancelled on 6 April 2004. The new solicitation will be essentially the same as the cancelled solicitation, except for the small business size standard; will be non-commercial item, i.e., u ses a SF-33 in lieu of SF-1449 which will result in many clause changes; revised Performance Work Statement to delete Fed Specs, Mil Specs, Fed Stds, etc. The basis for award, evaluation factors, and contents of proposals will remain unchanged. Solici tation will be issued as a total HUBZone set-aside. Solicitation will be posted on the asfi/fedbizopps websites about 30 April 2004. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the websites. The applicable NAICS code is 561210, size standard $30 mil.
