Description

Non-personal services to include plant, labor, equipment, material, supervision, transportation to perform all operations necessary to hydro test, replace valves (as needed), Mil-Spec stamp (as needed), remove rust and paint (as needed) and fill with medical grade oxygen a quantity of 3,389 .300 cubic foot oxygen cylinders and hydro test, replace valves (as needed), Mil-Spec stamp (as needed) and fill with nitrogen a quantity of 1,202 300 cubic foot nitrogen cylinders. Contractor would be responsible for all pick-up of cylinders from Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, California (approximately 55 miles northwest of Reno, Nevada) and return to this same location. Contractor to begin performance as soon as possible after award with a minimum of 152 cylinders tested and filled by May 3, 2004. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541380. The related small business size standard is $6.0 Million. Anticipated award date is Apr il 15, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium.
