Description

Description: The Department of Housing and Urban Development seeks a Contractor to provide Financial Advisory and Technical Assistance Services (Executive Management Advisor) for the Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA). The descriptions of services to be provided are: FINANCIAL ADVISOR: The Contractor shall provide VIHA a Financial Advisor, who will provide on-site technical support services regarding its financial management and operations including tracking, reporting, budgeting, timely accomplishment and overall effectiveness of strategies and initiatives. The Contractor shall also provide additional staff personnel as needed to support other activities as indicated in the scope of work. The period of performance will be for 12 months from the date of award. No Options. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: The Contractor shall provide VIHA and the Administrative Receiver an Executive Management Advisor, who will provide on-site services on managerial matters, to perform and complete all daily operations, and to assist in working towards the recovery of VIHA's Low Income Public Housing and Section 8 Programs. The period of performance will be for 12 consecutive weeks. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541611. The solicitation will be available on or about February 03, 2004.
