- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Cancel the previous amendment dated Apr 01, 2004. 2. State that both brand-name and equivalent quotes will be considered. However, if the apparent low offeror proposes a Quiktron equivalent, he will be required to furnish technical documentation and a quantity of one each for all CLINs for testing purposes, prior to award, at no cost to the government. Contractor must deliver these parts no later than three business days after they are requested. If these parts are acceptable, they will be included in the required quantity. If the parts fail, the government will then evaluate the next apparent low offer. The failed parts will be returned to the contractor at contractor expense. Contractor must make arrangements for return.
