PR NO: LTC04036017978, NSN 6680-01-442-9413, Shaft Assembly, Flexible. Subject item is in accordance with a drawing. RFP #: SP0440-04-R-3433. Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: April 13, 2004, Closing Date: May 13, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Origin, 52 days ARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 4013 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 3636 each. Surge and Sustainment is required in this solicitation. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
