- ***THE FSCs IN THIS SOLICITATION ARE AVAILABLE FOR UNICOR AND THEY WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE.***** Solicitation to be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside to procure military-unique competitive items of supply. The NSNs are in Federal Stock Class (FSC) 5995. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity with a 2-year base period and will include three 1-year option periods. Any supplies to be furnished under this resulting contract will be ordered by issuance of a delivery order. Technical data packages are available at DSCR. FOB Destination. See numbered note 1 and 26. A copy of the solicitation (Request for Proposal, (RFP)) will be available on the DLA Procurement Gateway at the DSCR homepage http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is on or about 13 April 2004.
