- This announcement serves to amend the announcement posted on March 19, 2004. This amendment deletes Charter Vessel #2 and Charter Vessel #3 from the solicitation. One charter is solicited for Charter Vessel #1, to conduct biological studies of Steller sea lions in the Aleutian Islands and Gulf of Alaska. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same. Deadline for receipt of proposals remains 2:00 p.m. PST April 16, 2004. *****The Western Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this acquisition office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003.
