- Description
- Provide professional Architect and Engineering design services, technical specifications, working drawings, cost estimates, as-built drawings, construction period services, and site visits for Project 503-305 entitled "Move & Expand Specialty Clinic". All work is to be done in Autodesk's Architectural Desktop 2005 3D, and Building Services 2005 3D or in Building Services 2004 3D if 2005 is not available. This is NOT a request for proposal. This is a 100% Set-aside for Small Business whose size is no greater than $4.0 million applicable to the North American Industry Classification System. NAICS code is 541310. Total construction cost is estimated between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. All design work is to be completed within 240-270 calendar days after award. Please submit Forms 254 and 255 for consideration or refer to numbered note #24.
