Description

This is a turnkey soliciation for the renovation of an office suite, 2D106 and construction of a new office in the corner of the main SPD area, room 2A114. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and expert supervision for this project. The scope will include such provisions as necessary to ensure the work is completed and the function of the area is not compromised. The finished project shall result in a total and complete workspace, in move-in condition, of professional quality and workmenship. The VA Medical Center will hold a pre-bid conference and walk-thru on Thursday, April 22, 2004 at 10:30am, building #2, 4th floor, room 405. All request for bid documents must be in writing and can be requested via fax at(504)589-5289, to the attention of Geneva Terrell. Bid opening is scheduled for Thursday, April 29, 2004 at 2:00pm, same location as the pre-bid conference. There will be only 10 sets of drawings available and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
