Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision for Renovations to 1F Area for new Exam Rooms at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, LA. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds and has a mandatory 120 bid acceptance period. Work is to be completed within 365 calendar days. All requests for solicitation/bid documents must be in writing and accompanied by a $100.00 refundable bid deposit check. Acceptable forms of bid deposits are certified check, cashier's check or money order ONLY. Issue date is o/a 4/22/2004 and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Only twenty (20) solicitation sets are available for issue. Bid opening date is June 3, 2004 at 2:00PM CST and the Pre-Bid conference is 5/11/2004 at 2:00PM CST, both to be held at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, Building 2, Room 405, New Orleans, LA. Potential bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to this solicitation. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code number for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. The estimated Construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS, HUBZONE SET ASIDE.
