Description

SUBJECT: AIA Industry Day. In coordination with Fiesta Informaction? 2004, the Air Intelligence Agency (AIA) will hold an Industry Day on 22 Apr 04 at Lackland AFB. The Industry Day events are classified Top Secret/SI/TK sessions and will address problem sets within areas of significant interest to AIA, the United States Air Force (USAF) and other related communities. No solicitation will be issued and no contract awards are planned. Topics briefed at the AIA Industry Day may or may not be the subject of unsolicited proposals and white papers voluntarily submitted to AIA after the AIA Industry Day. Due to limited seating, attendance will be limited to the first 200 people to register. TS/SI/TK clearance information must be received by AIA by April 9th, 2004, to hold reserved seats! After this date, these seats will be opened for other registered attendees on the waiting list, subject to receipt of appropriate clearances. Due to limited parking and security procedures, all attendees will be bused from the Convention Center to Lackland AFB. Once all of the 200 seats are reserved, AIA will maintain a list of interested participants to be added should individuals cancel. List will be in priority order upon receipt of all the following: 1. Patrons and exhibitors have priority for registration and acceptance 2. Must register by 9 April 2004 3. Payment must be received by 9 April 2004 4. Clearances must be received by 9 April 2004.
