Description

The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F33TFS40570100, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335311, with a small business standard size of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirements are for CLIN 0001 one (1) each. TARGET, TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION, INOPERATIVE (USED). TO BE SET UP AND INSTALLED AT SCORRO NM. TRANSFORMER MUST BE: CLASSIFIED FREE OF PCBs, PHYSICAL SIZE; NOT LESS THAN 10?W X 10? L X 14? H, POWER RATING. AT LEAST 1MVA, ALL INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS MUST BE INTACT, COOLANT LEVELS TO BE FILLED TO MAXIMUM OPERATING LEVEL, PRESSURE HEAD IS NOT REQUIRED, TRANSFORMER COOLANT MUS BE PCB FREE (MAY BE FLAMMABLE BUT NEGLIGIBLE VOLATILITY. CLIN 0002, one (1) each. TRANSPORATION AND SET UP, ON SITE. VENDOR TO PROVIDE LL LABOR, TRANSPORATION, MATERIAL AND SUPPLIES REQUIRED TO PROPERLY INSTALLING THE TARGET AT DESIGNATED LOCATION WITHIN 150 MILES OF SORROCO NM. Crane support, government activity will provide lift and place crane support as required at designated target location. Vendor to provide all labor, transportation, materials and supplies required designating.
