Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-04-T-0027. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This acquisition is unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562998. The acquisition is for the following service: Contract Line Item Number: CLIN 0001, Non-Personal Services: The Contractor Shall Provide All Tools, Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Material and Transportation necessary to perform the following Service: The Contractor is required to Remove and Disposal of Approximately 500 Compressed Gas Cylinder Numerous size and shapes (see attached cylinder list number1, 2, ), at Edwards AFB, California. The Contractor shall follow all Federal, State and Local, Hazard and Safety Laws and Regulation as required, to be able to remove and disposal of cylinders. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with the offer. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://farsite.hill.af.mil and look up the Far Clause or contact the contract specialist by e-mail only to receive a copy. Any response received without Far 52.212-3 will be considered non-complaint. All bidders must comply with DFAS 252.204-7004 and be current registrants in the Central Contractor Register database (www.ccr.gov) to be considered. The following DFARs clauses apply to this acquisition: 252.212 7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
