- Description
- This acquisition is to provide engineering services for the AN/ALQ-172(V) Electronic Countermeasures System (ECMS). The contractor will develop a plan to extend the service life of the ECMS, identify and evaluate solutions, and develop preliminary designs for the updated system. Period of performance is 12 months. The approximate issue date will be 22 Apr 04. Request solicitation from the PCO, Don Howard, WR-ALC/LSKT, email don.howard@robins.af.mil. Solicitation will be issued sole source to ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
