Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A016 is issued as a Request for Quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22. NAICS Code is 562991. Small business size standard is $6M. This is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall provide and maintain/service portable toilets as specified in accordance with attached Statement of Work. The contract will cover the period 1 May 04 thru 30 Sep 04 with four 12-month option periods.
