- The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Military Entrance Processing Station, Jackson, Mississippi. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of Mississippi, shall provide local commercial communications service for Military Entrance Processing Station, Jackson, Mississippi, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, flat r ate business lines and directory number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owne d business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ?????? NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be rele ased on or about 7 April 2004.
