Description

Requirement is for Maintenance of Natural Gas-Engine Driven (NGED) Liquid Chillers in buildings 6726, 6732, 6910, and 6936, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. This requirement is for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for four (4) existing chille rs: 3 EA CH-300 Tecogen and 1EA CH150 Tecogen. Period of Performance is 12 months; Base year and 2 options. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the services. Work performed by the Contractor shall be in accordance with installation, state, and federal codes and laws. Maintenance on the existing NGED liquid chillers shall be in accordance with Tecogen??????s recommendations. No refrigerant shall be lost to the atmosphere due to the maintenance service s. Loss of any refrigerant due to maintenance services shall be replaced at the expense of the contractor. The contractor shall not perform any maintenance service to the existing chillers which voids the warranties of the equipment. The contractor sha ll perform a Fall shutdown service, a Spring start-up service and Routine maintenance services. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs. The Contractor shall make a spill plan to be approved by the Contracting Officer. The acquisition NAICS is 238220, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
