Description
On behalf of the U. S. Army Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, the Defense Contracting Command-Washington is seeking potential small business contractors, who can provide Technical Support to the Deputy Chief of Staff, (ODCS,G-4) and Reserve Components for Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Activities. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541512 with a Size Standard of $21,000,000.00. The contractor shall perform detailed, professional (non-p ersonal) technical support services, application development, maintenance, documentation, data integration and user support for the Sustainment Systems Technical Support (SSTS) module; generate (when required in a Program Objective Memorandum (POM) year) a n Independent Estimate for the Army National Guard (ARNG); and provide Logistics Support Program Analysis. These services will include: Providing program analysis for all programs under the purview of the Logictics Analysis Division during Program Progra m Objective Memorandum (POM)/Budget Estimate Submission (BES); Enhancing, maintaining and using an automated SSTS module for requirements generation and anaylsis. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with fou r (4) one-year options. All responsible sources are invited, at no cost to the Government, to provide technical information for a capability evaluation. This capability statement should be as complete a package as possible. Specify services/products that can be provided. Include your resource capabilites as well. Your capability package should demonstrate your company??????s ability to perform the specific tasks that are being requested. Individual responses to this request for information that may con tain company proprietary information must be marked accordingly. Such information will not be released outside the Government. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based upon industry response. The purpose of t his request for information is to identify small companies with the resources and capabilities to support this requirement. This Sources Sought/Market Research shall not be construed as a request for proposal. The Government shall not be liable for, or su ffer any consequential damages for any technical information identified (e.g., limited and/or restricted rights).
