- This is a Request For Quote for miscellaneous kitchen equipment and appliances for a new armory (nearing completion)located at Puunene,Maui,Hawaii. Equipment includes: 1 EA vertical cutter/mixer and stand; 2 EA cutlery holder; 3 EA cup and glass disp enser; 1 EA mixed accessory rack; 2 EA mobile universal rack; 1 EA coffee urn; 1 EA cold food counter; 3 EA utility table; and 3 EA wire shelving unit and casters. Best value procurement. Evaluation Factors include 1. Availablity of servicing in local are a for warrantied items (and after); 2. Technical specs; and 3. Price. Equipment shall be delivered to and off-loaded at the new facility week of 1 July 04. Liquidated Damages clause for shipping included. FOB Puunene, Maui. Specifics to be provided in the RFQ.
