Description

This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for Accelerometer, Lateral, NSN 6680-01-326-8168, BEI Sensors & Systems Inc., Part Number 4384A-2-P63A; Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Part Number 65610-03031-105; part of UH-60, Black Hawk Helico pter. The current source for this system is BEI Sensors & Systems Inc., Cage Code 12050, Maumelle, AR 72118. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Building 1200E, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed sou rce or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with units that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warran t that this item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Only units that have satisfactorily completed qualification testing for this application will be procured. Suppliers of alternate equipment can have the ir product tested and qualified by the end equipment UH-60 contractor Sikorsky with Army Utility Helicopter Program Management Office AMCOM acceptance.
