Description: The project consists of removal of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of dredge material from the federal navigation channel with placement on th beach, east of the harbor below the ordinary high of Lake Superior (navigational servitude). The material is primarily stone and mixtures of stone and sand. This procurement is 100% emerging small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234990. Average annual receipts for an emerging small business is $8,510,000.00. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
