Description: This synopsis is amended as follows: 1.) Clarify Amendment #1 - All submissions will be considered, including out-of-state submissions. Refer to Section 6. SELECTION CRITERIA for evaluation factors. 2.) Clarify 2nd sentence of the original synopsis - ??????Firms will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work?????? is replaced by ??????The top ranked firm will be selected and sent a Request for Proposal based on demonstrated competence and qu alifications for the required work. After receipt of the firm??????s proposal, negotiations will proceed.?????? 3.) This synopsis is amended to include the following information: The project site is owned in fee title by the Federal Government, managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers, and leased to the Marion County Conservation Board. The location is in the vicinity of the tower at Cordova Park, Lake Red Rock, Iowa. This land has unrestricted public access between the hours of 7:00 am thru 8:00 pm, 7 day s a week. Interested firms may visit the site on their own during the appropriate hours listed. No accompanied site visits will be entertained.
