Description

Procurement will be set-aside for Navtive American Indian owned firms under the "Buy Indian Act", 25 USC 47, Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 USC 450e), which requires that the preference opportunities in employment and training be given to the Indian/Alaskan Native economic enterprised. Indian firms bidding under this Act must self-cetify they are eligible under the "Buy Indian Act". Project GOIR 1 (5) Chip Seal: Crack cleaning and sealing, hot asphalt-rubber chip seal coat, final fog seal and pavement markings on 8.500 miles of route 1. The project i slocated on the Goshute Indian Reservation, Juab County, Utah and shall be built in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
