- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma Arizona, intends to negotiate, on a sole-source basis, with Site Protection Services LLC, 4545 E Shea Blvd, Ste 207, Phoenix AZ 85028, for armed security guard services. Competition is restricted due to previous absence of qualified contractors and incumbent's knowledge of agency needs in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The anticipated award date is on or about April 16, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Offers shall show contractor's capability to provide required services and quotes shall be received by 4:15 p.m. Arizona time, April 16, 2004. Responses to this notice should be mailed to Bureau of Reclamation, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma AZ 85364 or sent via facsimile to 928-343-8568.
