- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice to announce the pending issuance of a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitation from Program Executive Office for Simulation Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI)/Project Manager Instrumentation, Targets and Threat Simulators (PM-ITTS) to contract with educational institutions, nonprofit organizations and private industry in areas of Research & Development (R&D) interest to include: 1. INSTRUMENTATION, TARGETS AND THREAT SIMULATORS RESEARCH: Instrumentation, Targets, and Threat Simulators; 2. TEST AND EVALUATION RESEARCH; 3. ADDITIONAL RESEARCH INTERESTS. The BAA will be general in nature and will identify current and developmental areas of R&D interest to PEO STRI/PM-ITTS. The BAA will also include the available use of Cooperative Agreements. Issuance of the BAA solicitation is anticipated the week of 24 May 2004 which allows for the 45 day synopsis timeframe requirement of this pre-solicitation notice.
