- Description
- 1680 -- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA, intends to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity or requirements type of contract with fixed unit prices to Northrop Grumman on an other than full and open basis. The requirement includes approximately 382 various parts of various quantities for the E2/C2 aircraft. The contract ordering period will be one year with two, one-year options. The award will be made on an other than full and open basis because Northrop Grumman is the original equipment manufacturer, holds the proprietary data rights for the E2/C2 aircraft parts, and is the only certified manufacturer. Responses to this intent to solicit, other than Northrop Grumman, must be submitted in accordance with Note 22. Note 26 also applies. Commercial procedures will not be used for this procurement.
