- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to consolidate lease and maintenance of copiers and delivery of consumable supplies under a limited number of centrally controlled indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts, beginning October 1, 2004, for one year plus four one-year options. All IRS copiers nationwide will be added to these contracts as their present acquisition vehicles expire. This acquisition is unrestricted and will be performed under commercial item terms and conditions. The Request for Proposals will be available in hard copy or electronically from http://procurement.irs.treas.gov on or about May 10, 2004. No telephonic inquiries or requests will be honored.
