- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a purchase order for commercial items to Amgraf, Inc. The order will provide maintenance services for one year for MECCA III software and hardware products. The products are as follows: (1) MECCA III, Model 100 (7 each), Quantity 12 months, (2) Bar Code Reader (3 each) (Hardware only), Quantity 12 months, (3) MECCA III (7 each) (Software only), Quantity 12 months, (4) MECCA III Spanish Hyphenation (8 each), Quantity 12 months, (5) MECCA III Forms Software (5 each) (Software only), Quantity 12 months, (6) APPLYPRO Software Interface (1 each), Quantity 12 months, (7) MECCA III FCP Color Software (8 each), Quantity 12 months, (8) MECCA III Bar Code Software (8 each), Quantity 12 months, (9) MECCA III File Server Software (1 each), Quantity 12 months, (10) Software Support Services (1 ? hours), Quantity 12 months, (11) MECCA 2000 Software, Quantity 12 months, (12) ONEFORM PLUS Software (3 each), Quantity 12 months, (13) ONEFORM PLUS Software (6 each), Quantity 8 months, (14) PDF Generator module (9 x 300 per licenses), Quantity 9 months. Vendors who can provide the required services at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Amgraf should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 15 business days of the date of publication of this synopsis.
