- REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of 1,152 rentable square feet yielding 980 to 1,050 useable square feet. Space must be contiguous and fully ADA accessible. Building shall have 2 onsite parking spaces for tenants use. LOCATION: Site must be in the central business district of Eau Claire, WI and within close proximity to amenities. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy by Spring, 2005. Expressions of interest should include the following and be submitted no later than 4:00pm EST, May 7, 2004: (1.) Building name and address or location of build to suit. (2.) Available useable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per useable square foot. (3.) Floor plan if existing. (4.)
