Description

RFP SP4400-04-R-0011. Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste from DRMOs Ft Knox, Ft Campbell, Wright-Patterson - SW, OH, Columbus, OH/WV and surrounding locations. SP4400-04-R-0011 will be issued on or about 10 May 2004 on the World Wide Web. The Website address is http://www.drms.dla.mil/newproc/index.html. Approximate closing date is 10 June 2004. This solicitation will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for a period of 18-months base period and two 18-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State, and Local Laws, ordinances, and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. The contract award decision will be based on a combination of Past Performance, Price, and other factors described in the solicitation. The proposed contract is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
