Description

NRCS desires to purchase from 1,500 to 3,000 total gallons of the following mixture by volume: 48.5% Propylene Glycol; 48.5% Denatured Ethanol; 3.0% Tween 20; Dyed Red. This purchase will have a guaranteed minimum of 1,500 gallons with a maximum of 3,000 gallons in up to three deliveries. NRCS owns 2 ea 275 Gallon totes and about 20 ea 55 Gallon Drums, which will be empty and need to be picked up at our warehouse, 463 Perimeter Way, Door 7, Troutdale, OR 97060, filled with the solution and returned. Because the warehouse is unmanned, prior coordination will need to be made before each pickup or delivery to ensure there are employees on site. Prior notice of 24 hours is required for each pickup or delivery. The bid will include both the cost of the above listed solution and the pickup/delivery charges, and will be priced per gallon. The successful bidder must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration), be able to provide a DUNS (issued by Dun and Bradstreet) number and EFT information at the time of award. The bids will be accepted by mail or carrier, fax or e-mail and must be received at NRCS-Oregon State Office by 4 p.m. PDT on April 21, 2004.
