Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for the production of Standard Reference Material (SRM) 971 Hormones in Human Serum. NIST is working to produce a series of Standard Reference Materials (SRMs) for clinical analytes in human serum. These SRMs will be used by the clinical chemistry community and by manufacturers of in vitro diagnostic devices to provide measurement traceability.******FOB shall be Destination, Gaithersburg, Maryland.******This requirement is being processed using full & open competition.****** The NAICS code is 325413 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and all interested Contractor?s may submit a quote.******The competitive Request for Quotation, specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ number SB1341-04-Q-0426.******The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about April 16, 2004, and will only be available via the Internet at the above web site. ******Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant purchase order. No written solicitation document available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained.
