Description

The VA Medical Center, Dayton Ohio is soliciting quotations to provide professional services of one (1) Dermatologist at the VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton OH from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm twice monthly, for a total of 10 hours per month. The service must be performed at the VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton OH. Initial Period of Performance will begin immediately upon award of contract through September 30, 2004. Award of contract is anticipated by April 19, 2004. Contract will be for the initial period plus four 1 year renewal options. NAICS Code 62111 applies. This is a firm fixed price unrestricted procurement.
