Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for the procurement of paintball equipment used for simulation and training exercises. The equipment required consists of Line Item 0001 for 2 each HMG M2 pellet mac hine guns complete with feeder and 50 cal ammo box; Line Item 0002 for 6 each 20 ounce CO2 tanks; Line Item 0003 for 2 each on/off valves for tank with adapter; Line Item 0004 for 2 each 6 foot hose with 1 quick connect fitting; Line Item 0005 for 4 each 2 000 count cases of paint balls; and Line Item 0006 for shipping and handling costs. The required delivery date for these items is 30 days from the date of receipt of a purchase order. The Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses that apply are FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Intereset parties are urged to submit a quote using the Line Item numbers and regulations above. Quotes may be faxed to (915)568-9900 and will be accepted and evaluated if submitted by the due date.
