Required delivery with First Article Testing is 245 each 390 days af ter contract award (DACA). Required delivery without FAT is 245 each 252(DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, toolin g or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
