All items are to be provided FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA. Delivery shall be 30 days. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE.
