- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to extend Contract DCA200-99-D-5011, a Time and Materials contract, on a sole source basis. The contract currently will expire on 23 June 2004, and if necessary, will be extended through 23 June 2005, with an option to extend the contract an additional six months, through 23 December 2005. The purpose of this extension is to provide continous, uninterrupted service as a bridge between the existing contract and the new competitive award currently being worked. Under this contract, the contractor performs activities relating to the management, development, engineering, integration, deployment, operations and maintenance of designated transmission, switching, network and network management systems. The contractor is CSC Information Systems LLC, 15000 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151-3808. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency in accordance with Numbered Note 22.
