Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to complete fire stopping project at the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. Solicitation documents maybe downloaded from this website. Drawings or the solicitation package, if you are unable to download the documents, must be requested in writing addressed to the contracting officer, to include, company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, fax number and solicitation number. The VA will not be responsible for transmission of failed fax or e-mails. It is the contractors responsible to be sure that the contracting officer received the request for drawings. A WALK THROUGH/PRE BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON APRIL 27, 2004 AT 10:00A.M. IN THE FLAG ROOM, 4TH FLOOR, YELLOW BUILDING OF THE VA. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE IF YOU INTEND TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. Successful bidder must be registered (or register) at Central Contract Registration at Http://www.ccr.gov in order for the contract to be awarded. Hand delivered bid packages should be delivered to room B4213, Acquisition Managment, 4th Floor, Red Building of the John D. Dingell Medical Center.
