- Description
- Deployable Structures Experiment (DSX) Host Spacecraft Bus (HSB): This is the first amendment; 1. add to paragraph 1 REQUIREMENTS of Attachment 1 Solicitation: Proposed deviations from the bus specifications that do not substantially decrease mission capability but achieve significant cost or schedule reductions are encouraged. Such deviations should be clearly identified by the offeror?s in their proposal and may be subject to negotiation prior to contract award. Offerors should note that whereas the spacecraft bus specification relies on the ESPA guidelines to define specifications such as envelope, there is no government preference for proposals based on the ESPA or any other specific EELV adapter ring. The use of a DSX spacecraft structure easily integrated with an EELV as a secondary payload is required for a proposal to be considered responsive. 2. The proposal due date is extended to 18 May 04 by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard
