- Perry Lake, Perry, Kansas has a requirement for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services. This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to provide, place, empty , and clean refuse generated at Perry Lake Project Office, Perry, Kansas. In addition to using pricing as a determining factor, evaluation of the Contractor's related experience and past performance will be considered. This solicitation contains One Base Y ear (FY04) beginning 01 May 2004 through 30 September 2004, plus (4) four one-year options. The Period of Performance for Option Year I (FY05) is from 01 October 2004 through 30 September 05; Option Year II (FY06) is from 01 October 2005 through 30 Septem ber 06; Option Year III (FY07) is from 01 October 2006 through 30 September 07; and Option Year IV (FY08) is from 01 October 2007 through 30 September 08, which may be exercised at the discretion of the government. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government's price and past performance and experience considered. This solicitation is open to both small and large busines s participation. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 4212. The NAICS Code is 562111. All bidders are encouraged to make an on-site inspection prior to submitting a bid. The government intends to issue the solicitation and any amendments through the K ansas City District's website. The Solicitation package shall be available on the Kansas City District website on or about April 10, 2004. Proposals are due 15 April 2004 by 4:00 P.M. Send bid package Attn: Emma J.
